A vampire court in Seattle.
History[]
A large and well-established vampire court located in Seattle, led by Lady Anastacia. Its formal name among vampires might be the Dark Emerald City.[1] It claimed the area between Tacoma and Everett and had several contacts and helpers within the Seattle Police Department, like Mike Dotson.[2][3]
The Special Task Force estimated that it contained at least 60 vampires, one of the largest identified vampire populations.[4]
Prompted by Lydia, Anastacia led the court into an alliance with Baal and the Brotherhood of Apollo, with the goal of bringing Lorelei back into Baal’s servitude.[1][5] This resulted in the Battle of Blackthorne Manor. Most members of the court were killed during the battle. The known survivors had relatively little knowledge of the precise events, were disorganized, and kept very low.[6][7]
The disappearance of the court prompted investigations by both the Special Task Force and the other vampire courts of North America. The latter investigation was led by Lord Cornelius of Los Angeles and Lord Mayor Wentworth of New York.
