Biography[]
Chris Marino was a combat veteran and an experienced FBI agent, newly assigned to the Special Task Force.[1][2] His first real assignment there was in investigating and searching for Evan Murphy.
He easily expressed various prejudices, and was both doubtful and prejudiced about magic. This made for tense relations with some of the long-standing members of the Los Angeles team, especially Amber Maddox and Doug Bridger. The events during the hill house heist however had a large impact on him and his beliefs, and he sought out Amber’s advice.[3][4]
He quit the task force after a quarrel with Sanderson, following the battle of Fifteen Percent.[4]
Marino was broad-shouldered, in his mid-thirties, and kept a military bearing even as a civilian.[5][3]
