Biography[]
Dalton McGinley was a colonel in the US Army and the former commanding officer of Rico’s team.[1] His sins and actions caused Lorelei to claim him as her prey. The investigations of the circumstances and the fallout from his death was kept quiet, but Rico’s team was very quietly expelled from the army.[2]
Theories[]
It is not stated outright when Dalton was killed, but Lorelei was active in Washington DC about two years before recent events.[3]
