“But your film sounds awesome and now you’ve got secret funding. That’s a good start for a heist, right?” — Spoilers for Grand Theft Sorcery follow.
A members-only club and vampire court in Los Angeles.
History[]
Fifteen Percent was a large vampire court located in Los Angeles. It was headquartered in the Fifteen Percent club, hosted in a three-story building on Sunset Boulevard.[1] The court had deep ties into the film industry, with many of its members being agents or wannabe actors.[2]
After Cornelius’s death, the club became one of the main vampire factions within Los Angeles, and possibly the largest one.[3]
The court appeared to be highly organized and had infiltrated the police and emergency departments of Los Angeles to a high degree. They managed to call off the EMS response to a highly visible blast from a tall building.[4][1] They also smoothed out a highly public car chase and shootout.[5][2] It also had close ties with Anatole, including “mutual friends” in the LAPD and the exchange of mutual favors. It was also implied that several—perhaps all—of the vampire guards hired by Anatole were part of Fifteen Percent.[1][2] They also ran what appears to be an effective surveillance operation against other elements of the Shadows.[6]
The public leader of the court was Mr. Solomon, but he was in reality the front man for Vivienne.[1]

Theories[]
It is possible that DJ Feedback is the same vampire who provided music at Cornelius’s gathering in Malibu.[9][8]
Ice was killed in Evan’s and Sunday’s raid against Christoper Miller’s house, but Aaron later received a text from Ice.[8][7] One possibility is that Sunday took Ice’s phone and sent the text. Another is that the court held two vampires calling themselves Ice.
Compared to Anastacia’s Court, there are no known members of Fifteen Percent who were turned in the 19th century or earlier. One possibility is that when Cornelius arrived in Los Angeles in the 1920s he drove off or killed all vampires already there.[10] This would fit with him not being a naturally capable leader.[9]
