An angel and the Dominion of Vancouver. He first appeared in Past Due.
George assumed Dominion of Vancouver in the late 19th century, as the native population was replaced by immigrants from the Europe and Asia. He blamed Rachel for the demons and other monsters that fled to Vancouver from Seattle under her Dominion there and viewed the Family as primarily Rachel’s problem[1] Later he disregarded the report about Joel’s captivity because it came from Lorelei.[2]
