Julie Dillon is a professional artist residing in the Pacific Northwest. She has provided cover art for several of Elliott Kay’s books and also done multiple art commissions for him. Notably, her Alex Goes to Hell inspired the inclusion of Hank in Personal Demons.[1]
She has received the Hugo Award for Best Professional Artist three times, in 2014, 2015, and 2017.[2][3][4]
