Biography[]
Kate Oakwood is a Snoqualmie woman, Practitioner, and lawyer.[1] She is the leader of the Native circle north of Seattle. Her Practice combines shamanism with other elements, like wand use and Tarot decks.[2]
After Elizabeth’s death she emerged as one of the most influential people within the Seattle Practitioner communities, and even more so after the destruction of the Brotherhood of Apollo. Together with Jin of the International circle she took the initiative to establish a neutral territory where Seattle’s Practitioners could meet and form better communication channels between them.[1] The first such attempt led to the Battle of the Casino, but it ultimately led to the agreement that Fremont and the University district should be neutral territories.[3]
She was one of Molly’s and Onyx’s first contacts and allies among Seattle’s Practitioners, though their relationship has become complicated due to Molly’s and Onyx’s connections with Lorelei and the FBI.[3]
