Biography[]
Lee Moyer is a professional artist, illustrator, and designer residing in Portland, Oregon. He regularly provides cover art or book designs for Elliott Kay’s published books.
At the 2018 Worldcon in San Jose he created the cover for Run Like Hell, largely in front of an audience.[1][2]

He received the 2022 Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist for his work on Small Gods. It also won the 2022 Hugo Award for Best Fanzine.[3]
