Biography[]
Lilith was a mysterious Prince of Hell. It is unclear if she was a demon, she hid her crown, and she was neither a fallen angel nor a deposed ancient god.[1] Even her name was only spoken with care, and she was often referred to simply as she or her.
After the Battle of the Casino she was sought out by Lorelei and they entered into a temporary alliance. She helped Lorelei reach and claim Baal’s former domain, setting off the Battle of Perdition.[2] After Lorelei had returned to the mortal plane she entered Azazel’s former domain and confronted Belial. Belial’s fate is unknown, but Lorelei gained a great amount of power.[3] It is possible that she gained control of Baal’s, Azazel’s, and Belial’s former realms and servants in whole or in part.
Lorelei appeared as a normal if beautiful woman, and dressed and spoke in a modern manner. Despite this she gave of a palpable sense of dread to persons who saw her.[2][3]
She liked Lorelei and was willing to help her and her friends, but only so far that it fit with Lilith’s own plans and schemes.[3]
Abilities[]
Lorelei had a similar ability to angels of reading a person’s past, feelings, and knowledge.[2] It seems that she could walk unseen and pass physical obstructions like angels. Wards that stopped angels or jinn were no hindrance to her, and she could rip a person’s soul from their body.[3]
She appears to have greater freedom to leave Hell for the mortal plane than most other demon lords, and she knew about and controlled several portals and gates between the two planes.[2]
