A Practitioner and member of the International circle. He first appeared in “Outsourced”.
Biography[]
Michael participated in the Practitioner meeting in January and the later Battle of the Casino.[1] He was heavyset and nearing middle age.
Unlike the other members of the International circle he seemed to be of European origin, describing at least one of his spells as Celtic.
